The Administrative Fellowship Program
The Administrative Fellowship is a one-year appointment to the administrative staff of UMass Memorial Medical Center and provides talented graduates with the experience needed to become tomorrow's health care leaders. Fellows work side by side with members of the senior leadership team in achieving operational objectives, and gain a unique vantage point in addition to real-life work experience in an organization dedicated to healthcare and the community.
